Shipping & cancellations policy
We currently deliver across India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. International shipping will be available soon.
Charges
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping may apply during promotions.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking ID by email and SMS.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier. Contact our support team with your Order ID to cancel.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable locations in India.
Failed deliveries
Deliveries that fail because of an incorrect address or because nobody is available to receive the order may incur a re-shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
