At Degross, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and providing a smooth shopping experience. Please review our shipping and cancellation terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Remote areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional periods.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across all serviceable locations in India.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details.

  • Customers must be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

  • Degross reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance or suspicious activity.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner.

Cancellation Policy

6. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Cancellation of COD Orders

  • If a customer refuses delivery of a COD order without valid reason, Degross reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from that customer.

  • Repeated fake or non-serious orders may lead to permanent blocking.

8. Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Degross may charge re-shipping fees or restrict future COD orders.
