1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and packaging are intact

The item is in resalable condition

A valid proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Important – Complimentary Gift Policy
Some Degross orders may include a complimentary gift or promotional item.
If your order includes a complimentary gift:

Do not open or use the complimentary gift if you are unsure about keeping the product (size, fit, or preference).

Once the complimentary gift is opened, used, or tampered with, the main product will not be eligible for return or refund.

For return approval, both the main product and complimentary gift must be returned in unused and original condition.
This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Product has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Tags are removed

Complimentary gift has been opened or used

Return request raised after the allowed period

Products purchased during special clearance or final sale

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
